RecoverHealth participates in both insured and self-pay options.

INSURANCE: We request that you upload your most recent insurance card to the patient portal. Please note: Every insurer is different and some of our services may or may not be covered under your plan. It is your responsibility to know what services your insurance plan and policy covers.

SELF-PAY: We accept debit and credit cards and payments from an HSA/FSA account. Payment is due after the appointment and is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

All personal and health information is compliant per HIPAA standards. We require a signed medical release to allow us to share your records with other professionals involed with your care.
